I started at Springboard in December 2022 as a Mentor supporting BYU-Pathway Worldwide students. I've since been promoted to be a team lead, then Manager, and now a Sr. Manager working on our Data Services side.
Before coming to Springboard I worked as an office manager and administrative assistant, and helped different organizations with data entry and quality assurance tasks.
At Springboard I've been able to hone different professional skills, including effective business communication, stakeholder management, and data analysis. I now lead a team of hundreds of individual contributors and have been able to help them all grow and develop, while still providing world-class work and deliverables to our clients.
My experience at Springboard has challenged me to expand my skills, adapt to new perspectives, and to constantly become a better version of myself!
I started my journey with Springboard in August 2022 working as a Mentor supporting BYU-Pathway Worldwide students.
As I continued my education and sharpened my mentoring skills, I've been promoted to a team lead, then Manager, and now a Sr. Manager on our Academic Services team.
I now lead a talented team of Managers, using my skills in in data analysis and project management to drive our Academic Services team forward. I've also honed my strategic planning and decision-making skills as I lead new initiatives and ensure that our team consistently achieves its goals and delivers incredible results to our client and the students we support
Each of these experiences have shaped my personal growth and has been vital in helping me have a positive impact across Springboard and with our clients. I'm truly grateful for the incredible people who continue to support and inspire me to learn and grow every day!
I began my journey with Springboard in December 2022, at a time when my wife was pregnant and I was actively seeking opportunities to better support our growing family. I began as a Mentor, and have since been promoted to be a team lead, and now a Manager in our Academic Services team.
Before working at Springboard I worked as a MTC teacher and a real estate data analyst, where I developed skills in analyzing data, identifying trends, and navigating challenges. These experiences have provided a solid foundation for my work at Springboard, where I've had the chance to refine and expand those skills as a Manager.
I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be mentored by some truly outstanding leaders at Springboard. Their guidance, along with the encouragement of my team, has helped me step into my roles with more humility and purpose, and I'm eager to continue growing and contributing in meaningful ways.
